my sister

hope all are doing well! I am at my wits end, don't know what to do any more. my sister has bladder cancer. she had one surgery to remove some tumors and  her surgeon said she needed a second surgery! he did the first surgery pro bono but he can't do her second surgery. she has no insurance and she is still working but I don't know how much longer she will be able to work. any suggestions, please
