    Storms

    We had a nine hour power outage from a storm on Sunday. Yesterday we had two storms, the power was off about 28 hours. It was the scariest storm I've been through. Very hard rain with heavy hail and 70 mph winds. It derailed a train a couple of miles from us. So no wifi or internet. Also we are safe and no major damage. Quarantine is not fun, but even less fun with no power. I am very thankful to have electricity!

    Please don't feel that way! We use this board to sound off and get support and learn new things from each other. That doesn't mean we will always agree with every thought. The value of our board is in our ability to express ideas openly and know that we are appreciated even when we see it differently. You are loved and valued every day. Please don't stop posting.

    Great Conversation!

    I actually thought that your post started a great conversation and opportunity for us all to vent our thoughts a bit. We all need to do that periodically to go on coping with difficult times.

    DonsWife, I think we have all felt like that at some point.  I'm sorry.  The written communication is difficult to get our thoughts across sometime.  

    Ladies, please know there is a member who needs prayers.  I would ask that we all just have a prayer for all the ladies we have come across on this page.

    I just checked Donswife's profile. She hasn't been on since she posted her response on the 6th. So, she hasn't seen any of our responses. Feeling so alone has to be so hard. If any of you have a contact number and are willing to reach out, please do. I'm really worried about our friend.
