    My Birthday celebrations start at 4 pm today (21st), because that is midnight in England, the home of my birth. 

    I spent all day making my Lemon Meringue Pie - which I have been doing for my birthday about 35 years now. And I eat my first slice at four and my second slice for breakfast tomorrow - up my little canyon. 

    I will do a lillte hiking, then eat my pie and then meditate by the gushing creek.  Oh life is good! I wish it were that good for all of you. 

    I have honed the art of celebrating life and will live it to the fullest I can in my humble situation. 

    Thank you again for your friendship, kind words, and your strengh, which REALLY REALLY motivates me to do my best to stay healthy.  Your struggles are not lost one me. I honour you who continue to fight, and those who passed by living my best life. 

    Let the par-tay begin.
