Concerning
i had a right hemi removing 12“ of colon stage 2a diagnosis in May of 18, colonoscopy in May of 19 they removed small polyp (4mm) was benign everything else clear. Red blood on toilet paper today but not in bowel or on stool. My report did indicate internal hemoraids. I have not had any irration and have been feeling good. I will let my doctor know but what are chances I have a reoccurrence of colon cancer 6 months after colonoscopy?

I am no doctor and all I can give is folk wisdom, but it seems very unlikely that you would have a bleeding tumor within six months of surgery. I went through a similar ordeal soon after survery and it turned out to be nothing at all. A follow-up colonoscopy cleared the issue for me.

Blood
Seeing blood is always alarming but there was blood on my paper and stool also 8 months after surgery. They didn't find anything but a lot of blood vessels that were close to the surface of the skin due to radiation. It's a good thing to talk to your doctor and ask what he thinks. Let us know what you find out. I'm sure that you will be fine since it's been such a short time since the scope.
