Small increase in PSA
I had a radical prostectomy on May 19, 2017. My PSA scores since then have consisently been 0.01 (up through Dec. 2018) but my latest PSA from 7/9 was 0.04. How concerned should I be with that increase?

Trend?
Hi,
I would wait for a couple more readings to see if they are trending up or just bouncing around the .01 level. Mathematics says you need three points to make a trend line.

Hard to say
Hi there,
It looks like recurrence, no prostate no psa, but I think you will have to wait and see what the the trend is.
