Passing of a wonderful forum friend
I am so sad to have to share the news of the death of our dear friend, Lizzard44 - Grace.
I was blessed to have Grace as a Facebook friend, and I can tell you, she was one strong woman. She fought long and hard and always with great spirit. She touched my life, and while I am saddened that she has left this earthly home, I know that she has left behind love and many wonderful memories for her family and friends.

I Want To Cry
Grace joined this board shortly after I did. She was diagnosed shortly after I was and we went through things together with just a slight difference in timing. She was the first person I think I was able to somehow help a little bit with my 2 months head start on her. Her avatar being in a thread always made me smile because of her words and attitude. I did want to yell and punch things when I found out this news. Now it is just crying.
I am going to miss her.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing her
But I see that she wrote this:
"What have you learned from your experiences that you would like to share?
- The best thing we can do is seize the day, wring all the love, joy, beauty and sheer life out of every day we have, spread it around for others to enjoy, but hold just enough inside to help us get through the darker days."
- She was a wise woman.

Hope she is at peace.
I hope her passing was gentle and that she is at peace.
