Kidney removal

in Breast Cancer #1

So docs have decided to scrap all this painful treatment I am having with this UTUC of the kidney and the kidney comes out July 19th.  I keep telling myself this is a good thing and I can do this.  I got through a double mastectomy, chemo, adjunct and these nasty pills.  You can live with one kidney.  It's going to hurt but this too shall pass.

    Dear Annie,

     

          I hope that this surgery can give you some peace.  No one every wants more surgery, but being proactive is in our best interest.  Offering prayers and hugs - count me in on the bus with donuts and smiles!

    they cant get me in to do it until the 18th of July.  I appriciate your kind words and prayers.
