Anyone with severe dysplasia postmenopausal

Mine is kind of a long story and I will start it with I am a two year Breast Cancer survivor...Stage 1B Grade 3 Tumor was 92% estrogen.
I had my yearly pap smear in January and it came back with endometrial cells (I had an ablation in 2011 and no more periods) which should not be there. Had to do a hysteroscopy under general anesthesia because my cervix would not open. Dr called and said that the pathologist is very confused with the biopsy because it came back as severe dysplasia with abnormal cells. I guess not what they were expecting. My cervix was stenotic and apparently there is a false channel into the uterus.
Anyway, we will be doing a hysterectomy taking the uterus ,ovaries and cervix. Has anyone else had this happen? Would love to know your outcome. I am not really worried about the surgery but I am very concerned that they will find cancer once this is all done. My dr did say that he had quite the time getting the biopsy. Thanks in advance for any replies.

    caroline_girl, since there is

caroline_girl, since there is quite to question as to whether you are dealing with cancer or not, please ask that a GYNECOLOGIC ONCOLOGIST preform your hysterectomy.  If they see something when they are operating, they are the best to proceed.
