Birthday celebration
This forum is a wonderful place. A place of information, advice, sorrow and joy.
If anyone is interested in sharing their birthdate with me, I will try my best to post a celebration thread.
When I was diagnosed, and all seemed dark, I wondered if I would reach my next birthday; so I decided to celebrate my birthday every month. I call it my Birthday Day. And five years later, I still celebrate every month.
Life is a celebration, but when the fight is on - no matter what the fight is - celebration seems hard to come by; so, share with me your special date, and we will help you celebrate when your day arrives.

Party!
I am all for celebrating for any reason and no reason at all. But hey, Tru, if you have had a birthday every month for the past five years, doesn't that make you about 145 years old now?

Mine's March 21 so in two
Mine's March 21 so in two days. I'd love a celebration post! I see my onc that day and I'm hoping my CEA has squeeked down a little more. If it's 5 or under I'll be delighted. Last time it was 5.4 so it was close but actually being at 5 or less would be a great way to celebrate my birthday!

Might as well kick in, Happy
Might as well kick in, Happy Birthday Jan!! Hope it finds you in the best of spirits. As for a regular thing I think it's a great idea, the harder times are when a reason to celebrate and get a little silly, are when it matters most. When things are easy I can find tons of reasons to get happy. I don't celebrate my birthday much, because it's my mama's big day as well, May 23rd, and we always have dinner out with the family........................................................................Dave
