    I sent him my medical records and then had three phone consultations with them.  The first call was with his nurse practitioner, the second was with Dr. Block and the third was with his dietician.  Each phone call was about an hour and I had all of my questions ready before the calls.

    It's nice that his book is laid out in a way that makes it easy to formulate a plan, but I wanted him to look at my case and give me personal suggestions.  I'm sure having a one day inhouse consultation would also be very beneficial.

    Thank you.  We were not sure which was the best way forward. Was not sure if the phone consult works.

    I think the in-house

    I think the in-house consultation will be the most comprehensive.
