I am one month post treatment
I am one month post treatment and dealing with itch that won't go away as well. The best that I have found so far is hydrocortisone cream, and I have tried the vagisal cream and wipes that have worked a little. I also dose up on benadryl, but I don't know if that works. I also got a bidet from Amazon that attaches to your existing toilet. The water seems to help somewhat. I am just ordering off Amazon Calmaseptine Cream that you mention. Hopefully, it will help.

Despite what Docs told me. Since none of their 'creams' have worked for me to date....find an old towel(not rough)...after poo and rinse..rub bum up and down sideways on old towel to alleviate itch. This method is gross but cleans rest of left over poo. Turn towel over many times and repeat..do not do this infront of anyone else...you will gross them out!!. Wash towel frequently in bleach or get more cheap towels. Put on Calmaseptine..this will help the itch...Buy Diapers..(go through lots of them). Feels erotic when rubbing...but eventually 'itch and pain' will subside and get on with your day until...next poo.

Over the counter at most Pharmacies...$19.99 a tube Canadian or $9.98 a tube at Costco. Dont need a Membership to buy Pharmacy Supplies at Costco Pharmacy. Its a thick menthol barrier cream. Really helps the itch...eventually!!
