FLY !
Fox Loves You!!!
Karma David and family. So sorry.
I do not remember much of this year. I have failed every treatment when they all used to work. My memory and comprehension have been affected by brain mets. Very forgetful. I don't have a clue to the date.... I am also down about 100 pounds. Extremely weak througout my body. Arms and hands don't work. This is all 1 finger typing which will take an hour or 2. My walking is ok on level but I need some help on steps. Fortunately I haven't fallen.
I have been able to once again accept the trauma from metastatic cancer. The disease is costing me my life but not this week. I think people don't really see the physical damage from cancer. The heart, lung, brain, bone, and muscle all get hit with more than they can tolerate creating permanant damage. But sometimes what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
I will take a month or so and decide on a plan. It will be about QOL not long term survival. I won that game for almost 7 1/2 years!

Hi Fox
Hi Fox
I haven't posted before but I have followed this page for a long time. You have so much knowledge off this disease and you have shared freely with the members here. I wish you peace and strength to make the best decisions for you. Keeping you in my prayers.

All Good Thoughts..
...are heading your way. I am a short-timer on this board, but have felt and seen your impact here. Thank you for being here and being such a strong advocate...such an uplifting poster...and using your time to help others with this strange and scary journey we've all been thrust into.
Whatever decisions you make, I hope they bring you peace and comfort. I also hope you can kick this in the **** again and be here for another 7 1/2 years.

Hey Foxy baby !!! No wonder
Hey Foxy baby !!! No wonder you have been on my mind of late! I even checked to see if you are ever online, even when you don't post.
Glad you posted today! I don't know if you HAVE to type yourself, or if you could ask someone
to do it for you. But nontheless, happy to SEE YOU TODAY!
You know you can have hospice before your body is actually ready to go. They work for YOU! They may have some helpful tools and are a support for you and your wife.
Either way, I JUST LOVE YOU, more and more and more and more and more!!!!!!!!!
Healing hugs,
Jan

A true HERO
Think about it...it's amazing what one finger can do. We all appreciated hearing from you, know matter what is happening. Glad this week is being nice to you.
We drove to Bellingham, WA for a grandson's college soccer game and passed a number of Harley Dealerships. And a lot of the groups like to ride down US Hwy 101. I think ot you every time I see a Harley. I know you can't ride now, but go out and catch the wind from Hurricane Florence blowing thru your hair and pretend you're riding
Lots of Love,

I think of you daily as well, and have been wondering how you're doing. You're the strongest person I know. You keep it all real.
You're getting ready to FLY and what a trip it will be!
Thank you for checking in with us. You know how much it means to all of us.
Fly, Fox, Fly.

I'm really glad you posted
I'm really glad you posted this today. I think about you and wonder how your doing. My heart goes out to you and your family. You've been through so much. I can't imagine what your going through, but you have everyone on here praying for you and sending nothing but love your way! I joined the club in January, you were there for me in the begining of my journey. Thank you for all your advice and knowledge. Take care my friend.

Very nice to hear from Fox.
Very nice to hear from Fox. You epitomize the immortal words of Jimmy Valvano:
"Cancer can take away all my physical abilities. It cannot touch my mind, it cannot touch my heart, and it cannot touch my soul. Those three things are going to carry on forever."

Peace
Hi Fox,
Thinking about you. We both started on here pretty close to the same time. I'm still doing my best. I'm on drugs 10 and 11 at the 7 year mark. It's not easy that's for sure. You've helped a lot of people on here, including me. I wish you the best with your decision. Peace, David

Wishing you well, Fox
You've inspired me since I first found this place. Your strength and determination amaze me. You remain in my thoughts; I wish you the best QOL possible and comfort during the rough days. You continue to inspire and support us, even when it's difficult for you . You are a one-of-a-kind, Fox. I think we're all better off, and dealing with our own cancers as best we can, thanks to the amazing example you've set. Fly when the time is right, and know you've done some major good and given hope to a lot of people.

Dearest Fox,
