Having chemo treatments
Hi, I'm also new. I have idc. I'm going on my 3rd treatment Tuesday. I get bone pain and alot of fatigue with this. I'm lucky if I get 4 good days in 3 weeks. Anyone else like this? Would like to hear from you. I have 4 treatments every 3 weeks, then radiation.

Welcome
welcome to our caring community!
Yes, chemo takes a lot out of us! Try to be as active as you can. Even a short walk can help to regain strength. Of course, be sure to eat regularly. I found that small snacks were more beneficial than trying to eat 3 meals. Fatigue is your body’s way of compensating for all that you are going through.
Also, it is important in the summertime that you remain hydrated - this will be especially important once radiation begins.
The stronger you can help yourself to be, the sooner your radiation can begin after chemo, and the sooner you will be on the road to recovery!
Blessings and prayers for you as you continue to heal!
Kathy
