Success stories wanted - Track records? Astrocytoma - Sea cucumber

Hi, My wife and I have been living with cancer for 7 years now. She was diagnosed in 2011. We have followed the advise of our medical professionalsto date. After initial surgery, and Radiation she is currently trying to continue (2nd year) with the temozolmide chemo, but white blood cells are too low. WE and are looking for help bridge the gap of knowledge about; - What else we can do?? Weather clinical trials or real track records of success with similar people living with brain Cancer. Maybe there are some other forums we should surf through as well? oR MAYBE THERE ARE SOME GREAT THREADS ON THIS SITE THAT I CANNOT FIND? We have been fortunate to have had very little ill effect on our lifestyle, probably because Ivy treats her body so well, and gardens outside lots!! We hope this note finds you well, and we can all swap some good tips.

PS Has anyone tried sea cucumber as an adjunct to the chemo? Has anyone heard of ordering medical summaries from Germany that document many years of case studies and success that never make it to FDA stage?

    Hello , I'm a caregiver for my husband for Head and Neck Cancer and usually don't read this section but I saw it and clicked on it today .First I'm sorry that your family is going through this disease. I wanted to share what my husband takes for immune system support. Please look up AHCC it's only made by 1 manufacturer but other companies use it in there products , just do some research to see if it might work for your family. I don't think the brand matters as long as the Main labeleing says AHCC it's derived from mushrooms and so far has provided my husband with much more energy and immune support, he also takes Green Matcha and Acai Berry for energy. Hope this might be some helpful info for you. I buy my products online not sure if I'm suppose to mention where but they are a big online reatailer.

    In response to your question about medical summaries from Germany ... yes! I would highly suggest you research treatments used in Germany as they have a high success rate with cancer treatments and long-term survival. Other countries, as well, prefer the use of non-toxic treatments ... more natural products. Google "alternative treatments for brain cancer" and you will find many articles (including some by highly respected doctors) and survivor's stories, and you will begin to notice that they all mention the same products, regimens, protocols, diets, etc. that have been proven to work over and over. I don't care what the medical doctors tell you in opposition, all of those survivors can't be wrong. I think it is worth trying less toxic and harsh treatment first.

    My 27 year old son was recently diagnosed with Grade 2 Oligodendroglioma after resection of 90% of a 6mm tumor in the left frontal lobe. He refuses to take part in radiation (they want to do full head) and chemo ... and I support his decision whole heartedly. He had just become a first-time father (she is now 4 months old) and he is her primary caregiver. I know a lot of people will not agree with him, but he is not going to allow his doctors to pump him full of toxins.
