Cancer specific
Hi Greg and welcome. I suggest clicking on one of the cancer-specific boards located on the top part of this site page. Others can share similar symptoms, etc. Of course you can always just post here if you're looking to vent, scream, cry, release angst.

i need a chat roomGingerMay said:Prayers to you
Post anywhere you want. If you feel like it, the "Chatroom" feature on this site later in the evening is something worth checking out. The good people there have pulled me off the edge many times.
I just woke up after sleeping since 4pm and of course everyone is in bed, would love to talk to someone a little. I'll look aroud for this..

Hospice
hello,
im new to the board. Been on hospice for two months and feeling really good because I’m no longer on chemo. Of course I’m scared out of my mind because I’ve been told the end will come soon. I can’t enjoy my good days because I’m so scared. Any suggestions?

I'm so sorry to hear of your situation. While I haven't been in your position (yet), I've had family members who have volunteered with a local hospice organization. That organization had a network of support individuals, including social workers, who could help with both physical and emotional needs.
If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to reach out to your care team and explain how you are feeling so that they can offer the right resource to help you deal with these moments of fear.
While I don't know how you came to choose hospice when you did, you were wise enough to make this monumental decision early enough to have this period of feeling good after your cancer treatments. Take full advantage of the resources your hospice care team can offer now so that you can do whatever makes you happy and minimizes the fear. You aren't alone in this journey.

I am a caregiver for my dad
I am a caregiver for my dad for the last 7 months. He has Glioblastoma and has just been given 3 to 6 months. I am suffering badly from my anxiety/depression. I need to find peace within all this. I have not ate in 2 days. I also have my three daughters living there at his home with me. I feel so alone.
