Thank you de Maus for the tip about using a spray bottle for these infections. I have just finished my 4th round and since I started using one I have had no signs. I used to get them regularly and it has been at least three weeks. I think you are on to something.

    What is the spray bottle tip? I used the forum search function but couldn't turn it up. I would love to know about this, as in the past 6 months I've had several UTIs and expect there will be more...

    D-Mannose

    You might want to also try D-Mannose powder mixed in juice. You can buy it on Amazon. Especially if your infections are e-coiI.  I havent had one since I’ve been using it. I think Chris had suggested it.

    I just use a dollar store

    I just use a dollar store adjustable spray tip bottle. Anything would work as long as you flush the area with it. Good luck.

    I initially used a small

    I initially used a small condiment squirt bottle (ketchup, etc) from the dollar store, then moved up to a peri (perineal) irrigation bottle used after childbirth. The latest version cost me $2 on Amazon.
