Waiting
So I had my biopsy today. There is still some hard tissue mass under the scar tissue. Won't know what it is until biopsy results. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Joe,
Hi Joe,
Was thinking about you today, wishing you the best. When I had a DRE a couple of weeks ago the doctor felt the same thing you describe which is why she scheduled a biopsy. I got the results Thursday which were as clear as mud. From what I have been able to figure out, the test showed atypical cells, but not cancerous cells found. I meet with the doctor tomorrow for my post-appt. I'm hoping I have a better understanding of the results.when I leave. Hope this helps.

i had a scare about ten months after treatment where the doctor felt "something" on DRE. I had anoscopes and biopsy and everything was clear. My opinion was that the "something" that was felt was my rectal muscles in spasm since I was having a lot of intermittent pain issues that resolved with muscle relaxers.
