Any advice please????????

Hi all. 

I was wondering if there's anyone that may have an idea as to what I have By looking at my below photo.

Two yrs ago I went to dermatologist as I had a mole which was a tiny bit sore. I had never noticed it on my chest before. The dermatologist said it was nothing to worry about and it looked like an Haemangioma. My family doctor also said it was nothing. 

Fast forward two yrs later and I can't even hug my children as it's extremely painful, constantly red and has a scab on top. I went back to the family doctor who now says it needs to be removed.....

Is there anyone that has any advice, opinions or has had anything similar to  the below photo?. I apologise for the photo, I know it's not very nice but I'm feeling a little worried now.
