Xylimelts for dry mouth
Has anyone used these and if so do they help?

i have gone through over 3600 Xylimelts
Dshaw,
I use (2 of) them every night. I have developed very good luck with them. If I try to go without my mouth dries shut. As with everything on the H&N forum, they are not for everyone.
I also have Stopper’s 4, Oasis, Spry tablets, Biotene rinse, etc.
I use the Biotene rinse after I use a fluoride rinse, after brushing my teeth.
I always carry my water bottle, but don’t always need it (for a while). Or a better way to put it, I don’t need the water bottle as often.
Matt
