AI withdrawal?

Hello, I'm a newbie here. Smile

I am a 10-year survivor. I have recently been taken off AIs, which I've been on for the past 10 years, and I'm experiencing what I think might be withdrawal symptoms, such as mood swings, fatigue, stomach upset, dizziness, and acne. (It's all very PMS-ish, which is something I very happily haven't experienced in ages.)

I'm also feeling very vulnerable to recurrence now that I'm off the meds. Any thoughts or advice will be very appreciated.

    Hello

Sorry your having a hard time.  It kinda makes sense that it would happen.  Everything else has given SE.  Hang in there, live for the day and enjoy.

    Hugs,

    Adjustments

I would think any hormonal adjustment would bring about side effects.  AI stops estrogen formation . . . Not experiencing this for a number of years, I expect our bodies need some time to become another "normal" once again.
