Any T2 diabetics here?
Wondering how you did with sugars while on the IV and not really eating much for the first few days. Also wondering how healing went. Fast? Slower than normal? Worried about infection? TIA.

Hi Nana... Not a diabetic
Hi Nana... Not a diabetic but understand your concerns. I would ask your primary care doc about this. I am sure the hospital staff will keep an eye on that for you while in the hospital. I was eating normal meals by the second day. I had liquids the day before and day off (after surgery) so I am sure they will be able to help you keep your blood sugar in check. My mom was diabetic so I understand being worried about it. Praying everything goes well.
