Looking for second opinions now, though more for reassurance and making sure. Memorial Sloan Kettering I guess can make a mistake like any other place, though two doctors of same opinion. (Surgeon and oncologist.) But as John as said, usually good to go for other opiions outside the "practice."
Cleveland Clinic, Mass General, Dana Farber, John Hopkins and some others provide relatively easy ways of getting second opinions. MD Anderson has been a bit more difficult. I have one pending now and will probably try one more just to put my mind at ease.

Sorry for the problems and outlook. Have you had genomic testing before? That may help with finding a trial that may help.
Small bit of DNA testing and will look into it more. One of the items I am asking about also in my second opinions.
