Are fruits rich in Vit C ok to eat? Curious...
I am kind of curious about eating fruits rich in Vit C as in oranges, pineapple and so on, since we can't take Vit C supplement. Is this possible?

Vitamin C
Ate plenty of fruit while on chemo - no one told me not to, and I had no problem. Did great as you can see from my signature.

Have Not Heard Of Fruit Being Frowned Upon
I was not told to curtail fruits or vegatables during chemo. Unless you are eating 1,000 oranges a day, in which event probably advise against it
I am not sure a multivitamin is even frowned upon. I think some of the extreme measures are where doctors get concerned and where it can interefere with treatments.

We can't take vitamin CEissetB said:I was thinking since we can't
I was thinking since we can't take Vit C supplement then it might meant we can't eat fruits rich in Vit C either. I totally lost it. I'll blame having brain fog to chemo.
We can't take vitamin C supplement? I've never heard that. Or did I read that here at some point? Chemo brain for me, too.
