Advice please.
Having issues opening my mouth wide. Can only open 3 fingers wide. Is there something that can be done?
I'm a soon to be 8 year survivor NPC Stage 3.
Any advice will greatly appreciated.

I am 5y NPC stage 3, and can open only 2 fingers wide (and I have small fingers!)
I would also want to learn if there are any efficient means to do that.
Do you just eat soft food?
I had two implants put in two days ago. I can wear my top denture but nothing on bottom.
Concerned that the next step will be feeding tube.

Frankly I can eat any food, no matter how dry it is, but with a little water, to make it go through. The problem with mouth opening is when I try to bite a larger item like a pear or sandwich (sometimes even a banana would not fit). For that, I have to cut it to small pieces first. I can chew it well, I still have (most) of my own teeth.
Did you have any pre-treatment (like Hyperbaric oxygen therapy) before the implants?

Yes, 20 hyperbaric before teeth pulled and 30 after.
