It feels like yesterday that I knote "And so it begins" - I may not have shown it, but I was terrified.
Terrified of the unknown, terrified of the big "C" just plain terrified of not being in charge anymore.
Today I went to Massey, and saw my Radiation Oncologist, and my ENT.
First was Dr Song from Radiation Onc. He scoped my throat, then told me, he'd never seen sweeling that bad, BUT, he also didnt see any tumor, and he'll see me in a month for a CAT scan.
Few hours later, I saw Dr Chan, my ENT. Who said my throat is very swollen, but he also doesn't see any tumor, and he'll see me in 2 months for a PET scan.
Thank You everyone that saved my sanity. and.. I did it with minimal pain meds, no PEG, and was stubborn all the way!
I love you guys!
