Been through it with no problems, feel free to ask questions..
Diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on my sphincter muscle back in 2010. My surgeon stated he was going for a cure, and told me he was going to give me five weeks of both radiation and chemo and I worked the entire five weeks. I took one nausea pill 30 minutes before I took my chemo pill and had no problems at home or work.
I went thorugh two major surgeries. The second a ileostomy reversal. I wore one for 7 weeks while I healed and afterwards, I healed fine and back as good as new. I credit this to a great surgeon.... the best colorectal surgeon in NC I was told. My cancer doctor was also wonderful.
The best thing you could have through it all is a "Positive attitude." Here if you have any question..
Good luck... prayers going out to you.

So nice to read of success!
Thanks for sharing. If you don't mind me asking, who was your NC surgeon? My husband is considering a local surgeon in Charlotte NC (Dr. Joshua Schaefer Hill), but would like to get a consultation with at least one other local surgeon.
