Just recently diagnosed
Hi. i was just recently diagnosed with IDC stage 2. I had Bilateral Mastectomy 2 weeks ago. My drains only stayed for 1 week. Now the tumors were on the left breast and the nodes as well but my right side between the surgery area and the armpit is so painful and is swelling. Is this normal? Also my armpits has this really weird foul smell. Has anyone has had the the same experience?

Getting prepared for treatment
I was recently diagnosed with stage 2 cancer in my right breast which has already spread to three of my lymph nodes. I am scheduled to begin chemotherapy on May 4. I have been told that the port they placed in your chest for the medication can be very painful and I'm really scared about that which happens in a couple of days. I talked to one woman who had a double mastectomy and then she had chemo after that. That kind of confuses me about knowing which is the best treatment for me. I'm so scared and I am having a hard time getting something for my anxiety I have. I am not a drug seeker I'm just freaking out with everything that I have to face and I want to be strong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless everyone
