Thinking ahead for 2d opinion at Fox Chase

On April 10 I will have imaging at the halfway point of my treatment for recurrent endometrial adenocarcinoma.  I have not been able to maintain the Carboplatin/Taxol regimen for various reasons.  I've had two Carboplatin and three Taxol so far.  I hope to convince my oncologist to do a PET/CT instead of CT alone.  I am gearing up for a Plan B and found out that Fox Chase Cancer Center is "in network" for my PPO plan thru UPMC (Univ of Pittsburgh Med Ctr).  I've searched this site and found 3 names of doctors there ladies here have used (Morgan, Martin, Chu).  I'd appreciate info from anyone with experience there for a second opinion and/or treatment.  Thanks for any info.  Oldbeauty

    I see Dr. Lainie Martin

I'm a patient of Dr Lainie Martin at Fox Chase. She's wonderful. She has a very calming manner. She tends to be rather conservative in my opinion but is very open to any discussion. But frankly, I've been very happy with everyone I've encountered at Fox Chase. Message me if you have any questions and I'll try to answer them.

    Thanks, CheeseQueen57

I am considering what I want to do.  I am going to collect my records (most of which I have already, except for surgery slides from 2005).  Oldbeauty
