Congratulations Steve! The pathology report have been the most important report to me, since it pretty much dictates what is the long term treatment plan and what to expect in the future. I believe the worst part is over (perhaps it is the catheter ;) ) Wish you a speedy recovery.

Great news Steve!  You can't cry any more than I did when I got my path report the next morning.  Now you can focus on recovering!

I need you to help me

    Steve,

Now that you are a survivor and your little bugger was the same size as mine, I need you to help me with the newbies over the next 10 or 20 years. Are you up to it? Just take it easy for the next weeks and months. No bungee jumping or croc wrestling until next year at the earliest. I waited almost 11 months after my neph to go Water skiing.

    Woot!

That is indeed good news. Now to just kind of take it easy, mend, and get to feeling better. Oh, and did I mention to take it easy?

    Once you are diagnosed and

Once you are diagnosed and heard the bad news, Stage 1 and grade 2 are two good things to have and you have them both.

Hopefully it's out of your body for good

    A damned good report

Now get out there (after you heal up) and celebrate life.  Tears are a pretty normal thing at this point, goes with the territory.

    Bless you,

    Donna~

    Gotta keep the hole

I'm hoping the kidney will grow back. One of the docs said he was looking forward to writing the case report on that one.
