In the mean time, my dad bloood pressure and glucose level is normal. his energy is fine but there's some rashes all over his body. and we will see our nephrologist again in the next three months.

Get the answers from Nephrologist
Davann,
Sorry to read about your Dad's numbers. At those numbers I would call back the nephrologist now (not 3 months from now) as to his suggestions. I would also talk to his GP. There are definately other factors besides Kidney Cancer here, one of which you mention as diabites.

use caution
Hello and sorry you have to post here. I would use extreme caution using any type of supplement without first consulting his nephrologist. He has to control is blood sugar & blood pressure, and eat right, which it sounds like he is doing. I would keep a blood pressure log to help track those numbers.
Here are couple questions you might ask his doctor: (You may already have these answers)
1. How much water should he be drinking per day?
2. Is it okay to exercise? Exercise will help control blood glucose levels.
Good luck!

High creatinine
DAC677,
Higher cretinine levels are part of the drill. Just hope they are not too high. While 1.2 is normal for 2 kidney folks , readings a few decimal points higher are often shared by our 1 kidney members. What is your creatinoine level?
