    Good Run

You had a good run with Votrient, I only managed to get 9 months out of it.  Good luck on the Opdivo.

I hope you have as good a time as I had on Opdivo. Virtually no side effects and significant reduction in mets for a good few months.

    Thanks for the kind words

Thanks everyone for the kind words, thoughts and prayers! I chose Opdivo over Cabo so I could take advantage of the low/no side effects while I am still active and healthy.  Time to start wrenching on my Jeep!

Will keep on treatment for a period of time still have 3 small mets in neck which someone forgot to tell me about for 2 years but the have being stable for about 3 years Radiation didnot work on them.

    The same

I'll be having a scan early march to see how things are progressing. I dread(foolishly) changing to a drug with side effects. Basically I'm in the same position as you

    Votrient

I'm brand new to this site. I've been on Votrient for30 months since IL-2 didn't work. The side effects suck, as you all know, but the results have been spectacular.

    Jeep Broken

Welding required. I broke it during a recent trip into Death Valley. Time to switch back to motorcycles.

    Meanwhile, first Opdivo treatment complete.

    Great Jeff

It looks like you're an outlier regarding Votrient's median progression free survival statistics. Nice!

    At least...

At least you probably didn't have to put water wings on the jeep when you were there. Looks like they had floods, mud, debris, and bunches of snow this past week. Wouldn't have been motorcycle weather either, for sure.

AND -- At least you have one treatment done -- Woot!

Yea! Though I drive in the valley of the shadow of death,  I shall fear no evil for I have a mean damn motorcycle to take its place!

Are you sure you need medication to take on this disease?

    2nd Dose

Got my second dose of Opdivo. So far so good.

Main side effects are sore muscles, like after a full-body workout at the gym.

All the pain, but no gain.  So I started working out.

Way to go! When life gives you muscle soreness, hit the gym.  I love it, and in fact you win the "First Person to Make Me Laugh Right Out Loud" award today.

    Congrats on both levels!
