So on tuesday we will find out if my lung mets have really increased in size, or if they were merely swollen by my immune systems production of T cells on the road to the abscopal effect and remission.

    I hope good news comes after Tuesday. You are in my thoughts and prayers, I pray for your health along with your old students who are doing the same in four continents. My C.T is scheduled on Tuesday too, so we share scanxiety.

    I'd love to say I'll be thinking of you both all day long on Tuesday, but that would be a lie. So I'll think of you before and check in sometime after. Tuesday I get to be in the sleep-while-they-work phase, then the sleep-until-they-wake-you-up-to-huff-and-puff-or-walk phase.

    I tend to not indulge in them myself but I will happily accepts prayers from any religion, cult or denomination. Thanks all.

    I'll bet

    a couple got larger, but most got smaller. You'll get the news and be disappointed that you aren't more excited. In 2 weeks you will be excited and grateful. Congrats on the news.

    I feel as though I've been circling the field since May / June. It'll be good to not just land (a soft one, preferably, yes) but to taxi on over to the hanger.

    I'd hope it'd be respectfully done, Donna.  I'd hate to hear that God gave you a time out for talking back.
