Bonjour Sandrine,
Bonjour Sandrine,
I have cancer in peritoneum in 2008. Carboplatin and taxol chemo removed the cancer.
I have stage 4 uterine cancer for 10 years. I have surgery for cancer to diaphram in 2008. I have spleen taken out in 2013.
2015 a tumor was growing around my aorta. TAMOXIFEN 20MG and MEGESTROL 40MG DISSOLVED THE TUMOR. For 17 months I take tamoxifen and megestrol and no more cancer. Immunotherapy is very new in the USA.
you are young - be strong.
Kiss,
Connie

Options outside of Surgery
Paris11 and Henhill are sharing that they are recieving hormone therapy for treatment that is not surgery. Besides chemo, radiation, and hormone therapy, there are some ongoing trials for immunotherapy with drugs such as Keytruda that you could look into. Just because your cancer is not operable does not mean that there are no treatment options for you. BC Brady, in an earlier thread also shared with you how her advanced cancer is being treated so you may want to take another look at the first thread you posted to.
