Bad Timing....or is it good timing?

I am trying to figure out if this is a good thing or a bad thing.  Like much of america (on both sides of the isle), I am deeply concerned about the outcome of the election.  Almost obsessed with it.

The funny thing is I am not worried about my 6 month scans, which are scheduled for election day.  I did not think about them six months ago.  I was just looking for a day about 1 week before my oncologist.

Now, if my candidate wins, I am sure I will start worrying about the scans on Wed.  But...what the F***, in 2013, they gave me a 20% chance of disease free survival for to now.  As of May, I remain NED.  Ned is my best freind.

(By the way, I know we are not supposed to talk about politics, but I am non-partisan -- both sides are concerned).

    Its actually fairly similar

You cant cast ALL the votes needed for your chosen candidate*, you just have to wait and see. I admire your equinimity.

*Unless like in Ankh Morpork, you live in a democracy where the idea is one man one vote. The Lord of Ankh Morpork was one man and he had the vote.

Well DHS at least you have a distraction. I am Canadian, and we are all holding our breath here to see what happens with your election.

But wishing you the best results and that NED comes to visit once again! He seems to like your company!!

    My solution...

To our USA cunsundrum....is to Annex you all, and make Trudeau our president.  He seems awesome.

Wishing you another NED result and many more after that.

And hoping for the better candidate to become next American president.
