in Breast Cancer #1

Hello everyone!  I hope all are doing well. I just finished number 10 of 12 Taxol treatments.  The Dr. scheduled me for another PET scan to see if the Chemo did its job.  Please keep me in your prayers.  I am praying and asking God for an NED report!!!

    Sounds like you need the Pink Bus. Hopefully people will read this post and join me on the bus. Otherwise, it's just the two of us, but there is always leftover good energy inside that bus so you'll be watched over by many in spirit:)

    Pink Bus

    I would love to join the group on the Pink Bus. I think we need something a bit stronger than hot cider. Since I live in CA, I volunteer to bring some sweet dessert wine and some Ghirardelli chocolate.

    2nu2tnbc, visualize the bus pulling up in front of the building where your PET scan is taking place. The mere picture of that bus and its occupants should bring a smile to your face and reduce your stress. We wish you the best of luck.

    I got the ned news myself a couple weeks ago so will be partying a bit extra.

    Pet Scan over and done with

    Waiting on results of scan.  Tried to read the techs body language to try & figure out if it was good or bad, positive or negative!!  I'm not sure if they can read the images or not.  Still trying to calm down.  Thanks for bringing the Pink Bus!!!

    Whew, nice to have that PET done, isn't it?  It's impossible to read any reactions from the techs. I mean, geeze, with all the noise from that  bus and all......now we wait for your good news. Keep us posted.

    Pet scan results were really GOOD! I had a positive response to chemo, d0idn't need my last round!

    !! I do believe in the Power of Prayer!  Now on to the next phase, surgery ! Thank you so much for the prayers and encouragemen!!!!

    I'm glad you got good results! Don't forget to reserve the Pink Bus a few days before your surgery. Good luck.
