5 years!!

Last Friday was 5 years since I was dx with vaginal cancer (stage 4a). Looking back, I couldn't see myself out this far. I guess passing the 5 year mark I am considered 'cancer free'. i was so blessed to have great Drs & surgeons. God is great!!

    Thank you NTFC!!! Each

Thank you NTFC!!! Each passing day that you are clear & NED is a blessing and such a gift!! I must say, cancer did teach me to enjoy life and not sweat the small stuff. Life is so precious!! Lately I've been taking care of my hubby who's had knee replacement removal due to infection. He took such good care of me during treatment & post surgery. I am so grateful to able to help him. Life is good!!❤️

    adrenocarcinoma

I was just diagnosed through a pap.  They sent me to ultrasound where 8cm tumor was found.  I am 51-HEALTHY and rarely even get sick!!  We still do not know if the tumor is benign or not but the immense amount of clear/yellowy daily discharge appears to be a bad sign?  Any advice?  I can't get in to Oncologist until NEXT WEEK!!! Yikes!

DebbyO, my advice would be to

DebbyO, my advice would be to try and take a breath.  The waiting - as you will see - is the worst part.  Be careful of the internet - lots of old info - and you really want to find out what it is first.  I am sorry we have 'met' like this but try not to get too far ahead of yourself and let us know how it turns out.

DebbyO, I hope all is well

DebbyO, I hope all is well with you. The waiting is so very hard, no time for cancer is right, slow down & take a deep breath. And be careful of the Internet, you can drive yourself crazy looking up stuff. Please let us know how you are doing. Positive thoughts, hugs & prayers are sent your way.
