    Sorry about your pain
I had headaches during my chemo all the time. Sometimes some were more intense than other times. It could be many things. Chemo does a lot of damage to your sinus. Not enough water in your system to flush. The anti nausea can cause headaches. Chemo hurts your tummy, upset tummy can cause headaches, ect... I had a headache for 10 days this last time. Doc did a brain scan, it was negative. Just chemo. Mine stopped after 2 hydrocodone's, 2 hours later 2 extra strength Tylenol, 4 hours later 2 Excedrin Migraine. Slept all night, got up that next day and no headache. I DO NOT do that every time I get a headache, just the 10 day one that got away from me.

I got them from the steroids

They gave me before chemo.  I knew I would get them so I took ibuprofen 800 before starting my infusions, it made the headache last a day or two rather tan 4-5, and it was much lighter.  I would see what's they are giving you for the nausea in your iv, in case that is the issue.
