I am 4y, 4m post from stage IVa, scc, bot, 1 lymph node, hpv+ (surgery, rads & Erbitux) and I still have  drymouth.  I use xylimelts (2) at bed time, I carry a water bottle, but sometimes don’t use it, it takes 2 to 3 glasses of any liquid to eat at home or out, I can eat a bowl of microwave popcorn without a sip of anything and I am very aware to not start eating anything without readily available liquid (that is a no, no).  Finally, I have gotten good at asking someone for a drink, I know when it is necessary.

Congratulations!!  It must feel so wonderful! Our path begins on the 9th of Aug.  the new beginning.
