Phil64 Continues NED Status!
Hello All.
I just wanted to post a quick "good news" update. I went in for another CEA test yesterday. CEA continues to be stable at under 1.0. This was the first CEA test in a couple of months. Seems like my doctor is getting to be more comfortable and spreading out the tests a bit.
Hard to believe. After two recurrences in the colon (two colon resections), three mets in the liver (three liver resections), and one met in the lungs (one lung resection). Over 50 chemo treatments. Countless scans and tests.
The last chemo treatment was in February of 2016! And here I am NED. Wow!
To God be the Glory!!!

Thank you all for the congrats and well wishes. I appreciate and celebrate the NED status but I am also cautious as a smart man one told me that a cancer battle is a marathon not a sprint. So one day at a time... And Thank the good Lord for today. Love and light to you all.
