89, need 100 (I think these are thousands).

 

How do I get them up? All suggestions welcome

    Good question

    I did a search......"how to increase platelets" and a bunch of things popped up.  Very informative.  Not only are there certain foods that can help increase your level but there are also foods & alcohols that play a roll in decreasing your level as well.  (I didn't know that)
