I had NPC, also....
...and also have the neck pain. I have never experienced nose bleeds tho. Do you have an upcoming appointment with your ENT? If not, make an appointment. I'd want my Dr. to look up there and see if there is anything to be concerned about.

started me on Pentoxifyline (Trental), 3 times a day. I also take 400 ui's of Vit. E once a day. Supposedly, taking this combination works on about 60% of patients with the hard, fibrotic necks....which also lessens's the cramping/spasms. I've also heard of some folks using botox to help with the spasms.

Hi Rwan
I have it all but the main thing is I am still alive. What you need to do is to learn how to control the problems. Last week I started to bleed and it was so bad my wife was getting ready to call 911 or rush me to the hospital. I had to calm he down because she was freaking out, but a few hours later I finally got it to stop and was able to go to bed and get some much needed rest.
