Round 31 started

in Uterine/Endometrial Cancer #1

Blood counts were all higher than my doctor had hoped for. Al high enough to go ahead so I was able to start this round of chemo. the chemo was lowered al little with the hope that a lowere dosage would keep from having to get a transfusion.  We are also going to try to space them 4 weeks apart instaed of 3 to give my blood counts more time to come up again. The only glitch was that my CA125 rose from 103 to 194 in one week. I will have a CTscan in three weeks to see what is going on.  It is being scheduled before my next chemo so we will know if there is any chance that this kind is working or if we need to look for a differnt kind.

    The ca 125 can jump around based on lots of factors so let's hope it's due something innocuous and this chemo works.  Sending you huge (((hugs))), Lou Ann.  You're so strong, I admire you greatly.

    Hoping that this chemo round goes much nicer and easier on you and that the ct scan shows good progress!!

    Sending lots of positive energy your way. Going to send up an extra prayer for you too! Here's to hope that the CT scan will show positive results and the tumors are smaller or gone!  Maybe the reduced dose will be kinder on your body too!
