I was 39 years old when diagnosed. Never smoked, no tabacco products. I had acid reflux maybe once a year, if I ate something hot. No family history, nothing that would explain why or how I got it.
6 weeks of Chem, 6 weeks of Rad, 9 hour Iver-Lewis operation. That was four years ago, and Im doing great. Keep your head up, keep moving forward, and live in the moment. Don't take anything for granted. Your update was almost 6 months ago. I hope your husband is doing well.
