Our Alexandra
Dearest Ladies,
I have not been posting, but follow along.
Our dear Alexandra has left us.
February 15, yesterday.
She has touched my heart in so many ways. And I know that you all feel many of the same feelings that I do.
Goodbye my friend, I will miss you.

Thank you, forme, for passing
Thank you, forme, for passing this along. It is sad to lose another sister in this war. She has touched so many lives while she was here on this earth, how can that not be our purpose? God bless her soul and I pray for her family at this difficult time.

Alexandra is at rest now, I will seek consolation by reading her old posts. We are blessed in canada with many different humane ways to leave this life when our body and mind has had enough.Alexandra did life her way,and thats a good thing.
Moli, wishing us all showers of NED blessings.

I can't believe itmopar said:You will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers to her family as they mourn this terrible loss. She has been such a blessing and an inspiration.
Like you, I knew this was coming but it is still so very hard to accept. She was such a huge presence on this board and over the years, provided a wealth of information and support, with wicked humor and grace. We've lost one of our dearest sisters and I can only imagine what her family is experiencing. i'm grateful that she is no longer suffering and I take comfort in the fact that she, no doubt, is her usual saucy self on the other side.
Hugs,
Kelly

Alexandra
was unique. She was always herself and didn't pull any punches. I respected her intelligence, knowledge, spicy sense of humor and kindness. I asked her for advice privately on a couple of occasions because I trusted her knowledge and judgement. I didn't really know her age and am saddened that she was so young. But I am happy I met her. I am happy to have had her in my life.

that I both don't understand or accept readily or willingly. Alexandra's death is one of them. We have all lost a vibrant, intelligent and loving woman way before her time. Rest in peace dear Alexandra.
Always,
Cathy

I am from the Kidney forum, and had just found out about Alexandra's passing. I had known she wasn't doing well, and had been checking, but somehow I missed reading this very sad news. So sorry to hear that this lovely, charismatic and charming woman has left us.
Rest in peace, Alex.
