Hi everyone. I have not been on in a long time. I just had my first year anniversary after treatment for  my first re-occurence. I am maintained on Lynparza a parp inhibitor and hope it keeps me in remission.

I scrolled the topics on the site and i am sorry to see some have pasted. My thoughts are with all of them.

Hoping the rest of you are doing fine and enjoying each day the best you can. kim

Kim, glad to hear you are doing well!

I will be starting Lynpara soon and I wonder about side effects. How has it been for you?

I'm BRCA2 and just finished chemo for my second recurrence. CA125 has already doubled (from 9 to 18) in 6 weeks. Will be retested and then put on Lynparza, probably in January. Any information would be much appreciated as so few women have been on this drug. If you would like to PM me, that is fine.

    Hi ladies

im currently 2 months into my 4th clinical trial. It's an immunotherapy trial drug plus cederanib . Tumors have reduced by 30% so far and ca 125 has went from 1488 to 423. So IM very happy about this.

My 2nd clinical trial was with olaparib . I think this is the same as lynparza? Anyway, I was on ot for 11 months . Felt great except for alittle dizziness from time to time. and i am BRAC -. So I was lucky it worked that long.

    Prayers for all of us!

    Thank you, and all those

Thank you, and all those individuals, who participate in clinical trials.  We are all blessed with new treatments and knowledge based on these brave men and women.  Thank you, and the other ladies here, who are enrolled.
