I've noticed- after all this time- that I seem to only be able to comment by clicking on 'Reply' as New Comment never comes up for me. So it looks like I'm responding to the last comment whether I am or not. Any idea what I'm doing wrong or why that is? Thanks!

Jan

    Hi Jan,

Lizard44 is correct that the 'Add new comment' option will only be at the top of a node (otherwise known as a post). If you click this, you will be responding to the original post. If you wish to respond to one of the comments on the node, (to thank someone or clarify for example) you would select 'reply' on their comment. That will put your reply directly underneath their comment instead of at the bottom of the thread.

Hopefully that clears things up and always feel free to reach out with any questions!

Thanks! I feel like a dummy

Thanks! I feel like a dummy for this. I'm not computer savvy at all. I'll do it that way from now on!

    You're not dumb

remember, not knowing something doesn't make you dumb.
