I didn't even get tats when I had radiation, as my Rad Onc used stickers.
I'll be sure not to get a tat on me bum. Just in case it messes with my readings.

I got tats, but the ones on my thyes seem to have faded to the point where they no longer can be seen, Its more than 5 yrs since being needed to aim the lazers for my radiation. I like being NED!!!!!

My Only Tattoo
Was when marking the tumor during the colonocsopy.
I walked around telling people I got my first ink But now it is gone But so is the bad part of my colon.
Wonder what the details are on the tattoos. Recent ones that may still be healing or certain things in the inks? Perhaps it is in the full article.

I tried the whole act-like-a-badass-because-I-had-a-tat routine right after my colonoscopy, telling friends that I'd gotten a tattoo. First, they refused to believe me and then, when I told them where it was located, I got nothing but eye rolls.
