1 year post surgery
It's been almost a year since my left kidney was removed due to RCC stage 3. Is it normal to still have a significantly decreased energy level?

My energy level was back
My energy level was back after about 6 months, but I only had a partial nephrectomy. I made a point to get myself in better shape by dropping weight and exercising more. That's easier said than done. Now that the weather is nice, I am either biking or running 3-4 days per week. I also take the stairs to my office every morning-8 floors. Are you doing any kind of excercise, even if it is just walking?

I am getting some exercise but most likely not enough and not consistently. Thanks for sharing. Just this last week I did a bike ride 3 times, it felt really good!

I have never got the energy back since the IL2. It would appear that the colitus I contracted in hospital has left its mark and I have little control of my bowels. This makes me less than confident about leaving the house

I had surgrry 10 months ago
I had surgrry 10 months ago and My enery level was back to normal 2-3 months after the surgery,I'm 37and didn't have any form of fatigue or decreased energy level as signs of cancer before the diagnosis. But i had random pain for very long time after surgery. Hope you feel much better soon.
