Just Wanted to Thank You
I only made a few post but gained much from reading others. Dr. said I was cancer free yesterday now the road to get my fourty pounds and muscle back. Good luck and God Bless to you all.

It's always nice to read someone's gratitude. I just finished reading an article in Men's Health mag that talks about the benefits of feeling grateful.
Almost every day I think about how blessed I've been in my life and how I was spared the death penalty for the time being. Since my cancer tx I have tried to enjoy life as much as possible. We've been travelling and been to places I never dreamed we'd go.
Gratitude also helps with recovery IMO. So keep up the positive thinking and thanks for posting an upbeat thread.
