Toncil Cancer....2 1/2 Years After Treatments
Hi Everyone,
I don't post much but I am here reading all of your posts often. I remember when I was in my treatments, I loved to hear the good news stories. I am sharing my update in hopes of offering encouragement to those who are in treatments now.
I had my 2 1/2 year check up last week. Doctor did the normal scope of my throat and he said that all looks good. He told me that things look typical for this stage post treatments and that there is nothing that he can see that would be of any concerns. NED!!!
I will continue with check ups every 4 months but all seems good for now.
I fight tears every time that I go to that r. office. It brings back memories and feelings of a time that was so difficult. If you are in treatments now, keep your thoughts on a positive outcome and future. You can and will get to the otherside of this roadblock in life.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Joanie
